Hey! guys! How ya? After a long break, we are back to studio warming up for the coming gig and also writing some new materials.
After jamming on yesterday, look like a long break didn’t lost our passion of music.

2000年，LMF的异军突起迫使众人的目光投向那股被形容成“粗口歌”的热潮。这显然是经过渲染而形成的现象，似乎也司空见惯。然而，就次文化发展层面而言，其意义与价值也已被广泛的讨论并取得某种程度上的认同。
如今旧事重提也并非要将之歌功颂德一番，而是希望沿着这方向去追溯Dropout这支经
历过该风潮，并间接被卷入其中的本地乐队的遭遇。提到“遭遇”这两个字，显然已透露了些许负面的迹象。诚然，5年后的今天，在网络已变成了独立音乐自由发
声的领域後，独立乐团与它的相关群体已彻底的扭转了过去仰赖主流媒体施舍管道的局面。它不再需要神仙与皇帝，更加不需要什么救世主。它正在努力的变成真正
的DIY，透过新的观念、新的思维与创造力向世人宣示“我们的时代即将来临，但它不需要你们成人世界的参与！”
话说回来，Dropout的遭遇其实也属于屡见不鲜，这个案产生的过程与结束，几乎可以用“无风无浪”来形容，因为它发生在长期处在黑暗与边缘的社群中，只有虚无与缥缈的精神境界，而更多的是自我价值的极致化体现。
谁最乐意看到这种状态的产生呢？当然是别有居心的商业巨头，或更贴切的说应该是那些等待机会随时复辟的投机分子。
Dropout以前唤作Mumster，年轻化的Rap-Rock和说唱乐队，也唱粗口，但据他们自己
说更多的启发是来自于最近刚重组的"软硬天师"，而听LMF已经是后来的事儿了。在完成了不到三场的表演，便迅速的被独具慧眼的制作人看中，网罗到跟
LMF同一家公司，成为首支到海外发迹的中文乐队。
随后发生的事显然就是一连串的挫败经历与折腾。被收编的滋味显然不好受，特别是强调自主权的独立乐团，
显然今天的Dropout也不愿多提往事，宁可化悲愤为力量，用音乐进行自我救赎与思想解放。但他们应该更清楚，在卸下过往的包袱之际，也许应该重新衡量
肩上曾经承载过的重量，如此未来的局面也将变得更清晰，摇滚之路或许依旧不平坦，但脚步肯定更沉稳，内心也必然更踏实与坚定。

這一趟檳城之行，
對我們來說可是波拆重重．．
其他的就別說，
整場show因為場地的關係，
節目在至演出高潮時，
因鄰居店屋投訴之下被逼腰斬，
導致很多出席的樂隊沒得演出。
雖然主办当局極力的為其他樂隊安排在別的場地繼续表演，
但可惜還是终告失敗，實在是這場show的缺憾！
